It might be in your contract but how does it work if my final guest count is less or more then the 30 estimated? And how much of a lead time do you need confirmation of the final count?
Event Space Question/Seating
I would love outdoor seating set up for brunch. Remind me, I think you said you could seat 30 people outside? The area I'm thinking for the setup is the first pic attached. The patio area within the black gates underneath the awning you said could roll out.
Side question, do you happen to have a picture of the table(s) that could be set up? To see what they look like. Also, we want to do a long floral tablescape like the 2nd attachment but not sure how many tables or length of tables to plan for :)
Add ons
Later if we want to add on anything from your menu of services like the photographer and/or the charcuterie, how much notice would you need? We'll know closer if we have extra budget for more! Also, do you happen to have any pics of the charcutier set up, would love to see!
